  1. Need help w/ my flan de Buenos,. Why does it come out too, too soft, & almost soupy.

    I make it as directed, & do it bank Maria over the stove.


    1. Hi Grace, sorry to hear that the flan was almost soupy. You said that you cooked them over the stove, try to do it in the oven, its better. Otherwise, the problem it can be that the milk was too hot and when you pour the eggs you cooked them. Try to simmer the milk (use whole milk). Hopefully this will help you!
